Family-oriented 3-year old, year-round lake house has three bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. It is located on the western shore of Lake Champlain (Swanton/ Maquam Shore). It’s the perfect setting that allows you to enjoy the unforgettable sunsets over the lake and the spectacular views of the Adirondack Mountains. Whether you choose to watch the sunset sitting on the beach, floating in the lake in a canoe (provided) or from the comfort of the screened-in porch, it’s a wonderfully relaxing location. This year-round (Non-Smoking) home is located on over an acre of land with plenty of play area for the kids including 150+ feet of lakefront. Additional amenities are a fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, queen bed, full-size bed, 2 twin beds, linens provided, (crib and highchair are available upon request), gas grill, beach chairs, TV, cable, DVD/VCR, CD player, highspeed Internet access (seasonal), municipal water, private beach, and canoe (available for an additional charge). Perfect holiday retreat. We have a no pets, no smoking policy.
